Stuart & Ward LLP is pleased to announce that partner Martin Stuart has been named to 5280 Magazine’s “Denver’s Top Lawyers” list in criminal law.
5280 compiles the list by surveying licensed attorneys across the Denver metro area, who nominate colleagues in roughly 50 practice areas. The magazine develops those categories with input from the Colorado Bar Association and area firms, then conducts independent research on the nominees. The prospective list is reviewed against the Colorado Supreme Court’s Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel to confirm that no nominee has licensing or disciplinary issues, and only attorneys in good standing with the state are included.
Martin earned his law degree from the University of Denver and began his career in 1997 as a Colorado State Public Defender. He opened a solo practice in 2002 and has spent his career defending the accused in Colorado state and federal courts.
